We purchased the 42″ dining room and chairs to fit into our newly refinished home. We started our purchace with very knowledgeable and nice person (Helen), who guided us to what would fit in our new dining room. She was very helpful, especially when we got home and changed our minds on the dimensions of our table, no problem. Our home project was delayed in finishing and the delivery date was easily was changed to meet our needs. The 2 young men who delivered our table, carefully handled and set up our beautiful dining room set and recommended how to care for our finished table and chairs. Everything came with felt on the leg ends, as to not scuff our new floors. A short time later, Helen phoned us to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. We said that we were more than satisfied. A great group to work with, selling a excellent product.

Another wonderful experience
My husband and I went to Millbank Furniture (this time) to ask about having a custom made coffee table built. We used a bench they had on their show room as inspiration and changed the size a bit. They provided us with a couple of quotes and they were extremely helpful in helping us pick out a stain for the piece. They advised the piece would take up to ten weeks to complete. When, under that time frame by a couple of weeks, they called to say it was ready, we went to pick it up (although delivery was offered). The stained wormy maple wood has so much texture to it. It looks very modern but comfortable in the sitting room it was designed for. This is the fourth piece we’ve worked with Millbank Furniture on and once again, we’re exceptionally pleased with the end product and would recommend anyone looking for that special piece of furniture, to visit Millbank Furniture. Our pieces will be handed down to generations to come!

Outstanding quality and service
We purchased a large Leka dining table and 12 chairs for our dining room. As a large family, with some small kids, we weren’t sure what to purchase that would be comfortable and provide us with the look we were after. Our every expectation has been exceeded. The colour of the table, the chairs that were recommended and the whole look together is exactly what we wanted. The only thing better than the products themselves was the service we received. We visited the store a few times before purchasing and each individual the offered us help were outstanding. They helped us chose the table based on our very vague descriptions and moved chairs all over the store so we could see what each idea we had would look like like. They are knowledgeable about stain, grain and woods and helped us select the right product for our family. We will always look at MIllbank first when wanting to invest in quality, beautiful furniture!

Arm chairs
Walking through the door, we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance, but we wanted to look through the store on our own at first. Then when we didn’t see what exactly we wanted I asked for help. Rebecca came and with her knowledge got us exactly what we wanted. Of course it took us a few questions to nail down what we wanted.
