Producing locally handcrafted, solid wood furniture and cabinetry, with endless customizing options, so all homeowners have the ability to design furniture pieces to perfectly fit their home.
Millbank Family Furniture is a family owned business that focuses on customer satisfaction first. We Offer
Custom Furniture
Our greatest advantage with working alongside local craftsmen is the opportunity to build custom furniture. Wood type, stain colour, hardware, fabric, or measurements to name a few.
We can either customize a standard piece of furniture to maximize your space or we can design and build an entirely custom piece of furniture from an idea or pictures you have.
The options are endless! Visit our showroom today with your specifications or ideas and our sales team would be delighted to turn your dream furniture into a reality!
Options for
Delivery
1. Store Pick Up: You can pick up the furniture yourself but as this furniture is handcrafted piece by piece and doesn’t arrive in a container from a foreign place we do not have boxes for the furniture but expect you to bring your own blankets to wrap it in, bring plenty for safe transit.
2. Delivery Within 250km From Our Store: We offer delivery to most Southern Ontario based on your distance from Millbank at an extra fee. Our furniture is blanket wrapped to save waste from packing and our delivery men are quick and professional.
3. Outside Our Southern Ontario Delivery Range: For any customers outside our Southern Ontario delivery range we use a local shipping company and wrap the furniture in cardboard and foam to protect it. Alternatively, you can coordinate to have a company of your choice pick it up here from us. We will need to quote this shipping and/or packaging for you based on your order size, packaging needs, and available logistics in your area.
Our
Warranty
Our wood furniture is all handcrafted by local craftsmen out of solid kiln dried wood and if you keep your humidity levels between 35% and 45% it will not shrink or crack. But if for some reason your furniture does not stand up to normal everyday use we offer a 10 Years Limited Warranty on any construction defects. Remember this is wood not metal so it can be dented and scratched. If some piece has received misuse we are not responsible for it and the warranty will be voided.

The quality and presentation of the furniture is outstanding
We have shopped at Milbank for many years. The quality and presentation of the furniture is outstanding. The variety has also meant that a need in every room of the house can be met. Staff are courteous and helpful; providing the time and expertise you need to have questions answered. They make excellent suggestions because of their knowledge. Items are delivered in a timely manner. The gentleman who leads this is very helpful and the delivery team is polite, capable and cheerful. Milbank remains our ‘go-to’ store for home furnishings.

Shop Millbank for Quality Furniture
We were looking for a good quality, solid wood table that we will keep for years to come. We found it at Millbanks! Thanks to Karl for helping us choose a colour we love. We also love the simple design, solid wood construction and reasonable price. It looks beautiful in our dining area. Delivery took less time than thought to make and they even deliver to the Niagara area! They came in, set up the table and left in just minutes. Thank you Millbanks!

Outstanding Furniture Business
We recently purchased a bedroom suite and desk for a bedroom renovation. This is our fourth purchase through Millbank Family Furniture. We can’t say enough how happy we are with the choice and quality of their wooden furniture, as well as their service staff, Rebecca and Karl. The furniture is solid and well made. Delivery to London is not a problem and the set up crew were very professional. We would highly recommend Millbank Family Furniture to anyone who is in the market for quality, well made furniture .

Outdoor dining furniture
We have enjoyed our new outdoor dining furniture. Great quality and the prices are very reasonable when compared to other composite furniture. We’ve had other people come and enjoy it and have asked where we got it from. Delivery was great too, the left it set up and ready to enjoy right away.

Composite outdoor dining table
We’ve purchased several times over the years from MFF and have always had an amazing experience. We recently purchased a composite outdoor dining table and are happy with it so far. It is sturdy and hopefully will do well in the elements but it is too early to tell. We had the table delivered and the guys were pleasant and were very careful with it. As always, an amazing experience. Thanks again MFF.
