Outstanding Everything!
We purchased a harvest table, bench, 6 chairs and are so pleased with our experience. We worked with Helen who was perfect. She introduced herself, asked if we needed help, listened to what we were looking for and and encouraged us to look around. She said she would be available if we had any questions and to feel free to come and get her if we needed her. She was not pushy nor did she follow us around so we were very comfortable looking around and taking our time. We were allowed to take chairs from one table and put it with the table we wanted to see what it would look like which was fantastic to be able to visualize everything together. When we were done, Helen answered all of our questions and went in depth on concerns we had. We were advised it would take 6-10 weeks and 7 weeks later, we got a call, they delivered 3 days later and we could not be happier with our purchase. We love everything about it. They did a great job! We will definitely be returning for bedroom furniture. Great job Millbank, thank you for superior service and products.

Save yourself alot of time and effort in comparing price and quality, Millbank Family Furniture cannot be bet. They are by far the leader in the furniture field. There is a ton of selection and thier staff, especially a call out to Helen, are curtious and knowledgeable. The order came in weeks earleir then expected which was a pleasant bonus. They follow up with a phone call after the delivery to assure things are as expected.

Millbank furniture’s website is how we began our search for a new dining room set. It is an informative and user friendly site and after doing some preliminary planning online we made the trip to their store. Custom Kitchen Island
Very happy with our new custom made kitchen island. We used Millbanks original island design and had them modify it to suit our kitchen layout. We added a butcher block countertop and cantilevered pot and pan drawers. They also made us 2 island stools to fit the island. They previously made a custom bedroom set for us a few years ago with an exceptional price so having them make our kitchen island was an easy choice. Desk, file cabinet & bookcase
I am thrilled with the quality of my new office furniture. My only regret, is that I didn’t realize how tall/large the bookcase would be in my relatively small office. I should have had it made to just half the height. (My fault). The delivery fellows were super, very pleasant & kindly took their shoes off when entering the house & would be crossing my light coloured carpet. It has been a pleasure doing business with Millbank Family Furniture again.

6 Shaker Side Chairs and stripped and refinished kitchen table
The 6 Oak Shaker side chairs with the fabric seats are very very nice. The stain and fabric match is great and the craftmanship in the woodwork is beautiful. Built strong for heavier folks. The kitchen table which has been in the family for decades, looks brand new. Also you folks were able to get the stain to match the chairs very very close, if not right on. Everyone that sees the chairs and table have lots of good comments.
