Lori met us within minutes of our arrival, listened to our ideas, and patiently and expertly lead us through the process. We required some customizations, and they were no trouble at all. There are SO many reasons why we would return to Millbank Family Furniture in the future … and it all starts with Rebecca! Patient, professional, and, did I mention patient! Making choices is not easy, and minds DO change… along the way Rebecca provided guidance, assurance, and the experience needed to bring our visions to reality! Behind the showroom, where all the REAL work happens, there exists a workshop that must be the envy of all of Santa’s elves. The quality of workmanship being produced here is TOP QUALITY. From the selection of beautiful Canadian maple, to the custom staining and sizing… it all comes together to produce exactly what your sugar-plum dreams are made of! Everything was delivered on time, and set up by professional (again) and delightful young men who were courteous, quick, and chatty all at the same time! In-and-out, like Santa down the chimney! And no soot left behind. One last comment should be made, concerning a concern that we had about the center board of our beautiful table being, shall I say, less than perfect. One quick phone call, and before we knew it the table top was whisked away, repaired, and returned … a No Hassle customer service that left us in awe! Millbank Family Furniture really shines!

Exceptional Service All Around
We recently purchased a dining room set with and extension and 6 chairs. The experience was great from the very start. We had checked out the many options available online but we were not finding exactly what we were looking for. When we arrived at the store Rebecca met us right away and she was awesome in helping us decide on what we wanted. She listened to everything we were saying and after taking the time to show us the many options, she came up with a proposal that we decided to go with. When our set arrived at our home, the delivery men were very professional and courteous. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. Outstanding custom size table and chair
I required a small auxiliary table for dining overflow at family events and for other domestic uses however such tables are very hard to find new these days. With the endless custom options offered at Millbank I had the width and depth dimensions of a Nith River sofa table modified to mimic a single person dining table. With the substantial, beautiful and stately 3 1/2 turned legs the end result was superb not only functionally but aesthetically as well. The brown maple shows off its rich variable shades and patterns very nicely with a San Miguel finish. An elegant Pomedale chair completed the set. I can’t believe how solid the construction is for such a small piece. This set will last for several generations. I thank Karl for his guidance in this order and of course the two brothers who delivered it.

Oak chairs well made and so comfortable
I have an antique oak table that belonged to my grandparents and I wanted solid weight bearing handmade chairs so I did the drive and brought pictures to match the table. The chairs are gorgeous, so well made and so comfortable to sit in. You can tell how well made the chairs are. I was delighted when they came. I hope in the future to buy more from Millbank Furniture.
