Wonderful results from a challenging custom build
For staff at Millbank Furniture there always seems to be creative solutions to custom builds that face challenges. I wanted to replace my outdated 55 year old TV cabinet with a new and larger cabinet that would complement my other newly handcrafted solid wood pieces in my living room. I specifically wanted an entertainment unit whereby the flat screen TV sits inside and can be hidden by bi-folding cabinet doors. Selecting a Florence entertainment unit and making this happen was set with technical and design challenges however Rebecca carefully guided me through with numerous design renditions and consultation with the builders. After two months we landed upon a cabinet configuration and design that I agreed to and went forward with the build. After another two months it was delivered in cherry and with a rich dark mahogany finish. All I can say is that this cabinet is truly a one of a kind masterpiece which exudes grace and elegance to what is often a bland piece of utility furniture. To top it off the HDTV cabinet beautifully complements my Florence cherry sideboard and coffee table. Thank you Rebecca for making my dream entertainment unit come true and to the cheerful guys who delivered it.

Great workmanship at a reasonable price
We have just received our entertainment unit and end tables. They look outstanding in Maple with the Dark Chocolate stain. My adult daughter’s comment upon seeing them was that they looked ‘expensive’ and were ‘quality workmanship’. I agreed but the expensive look comes at a reasonable cost. We were so pleased that we ordered a sofa table to follow.

I recently purchased a sideboard from Millbank Family Furniture and I love it. From the moment I walked through the door to the day my piece of furniture was delivered (white glove service) I was met with professional, knowledgable service. Nancy helped me visual the customization needed to be made to the piece to meet my space requirements and provided valuable input when it came to settling on a stain. The two young men who delivered my furniture were friendly, respectful of my house (boot booties) and they, also, showed me how to remove the drawers and cabinet drawers. I really appreciated the level of service that I experienced at this business. I would highly recommend Millbank Family Furniture to anyone who is looking to purchase furniture.

Best Quality Furniture
We have been customers of Millbank Furniture for 6+ years. Started back in their old place on a side street from where they are now. We started with a Gliderchair and 2 barstools. A few years ago we purchased a dining room set and a coat tree. Everything has matching finishes and the best quality workmanship you could possibly ever get. Lately we purchased a bench and a Lazy Susan which totally matched our previously purchaced items. The Staff are outstanding with their pleasant knowledgeable help. I highly recommend looking at their products. It worth the drive. Next door there is food to die for. You won’t regret it, I promise.

We had great service with Karl when picking out our pieces and a quick response with quotes. The furniture was ready even a bit earlier than expected and the delivery men were the best we could ask for, they were punctual, organized, efficient and knowledgeable. They took thier shoes off each time at the door and arranged the three pieces exactly how I wanted. The coffee table, tv stand and end table are beautiful, such well made pieces. We chose the wormy maple, pecan stain and it is gorgeous. Highly recommend this business and we will be back. Janine and Glenn
