Outstanding quality and service
We purchased a large Leka dining table and 12 chairs for our dining room. As a large family, with some small kids, we weren’t sure what to purchase that would be comfortable and provide us with the look we were after. Our every expectation has been exceeded. The colour of the table, the chairs that were recommended and the whole look together is exactly what we wanted. The only thing better than the products themselves was the service we received. We visited the store a few times before purchasing and each individual the offered us help were outstanding. They helped us chose the table based on our very vague descriptions and moved chairs all over the store so we could see what each idea we had would look like like. They are knowledgeable about stain, grain and woods and helped us select the right product for our family. We will always look at MIllbank first when wanting to invest in quality, beautiful furniture!

Walking through the door, we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance, but we wanted to look through the store on our own at first. Then when we didn’t see what exactly we wanted I asked for help. Rebecca came and with her knowledge got us exactly what we wanted. Of course it took us a few questions to nail down what we wanted. Superb from start to finish!
From the start things looked promising – the showroom is bright and spacious and very well stocked; the staff are very knowledgeable and super helpful. There are many, many options available including wood type, stain and the finishing. Delivery was ahead of schedule and the delivery team were great – super efficient, tidy & careful, and very polite & personable. As for the final product – I couldn’t be happier with my new dining table and chairs. I can’t recommend Millbank Family Furniture highly enough! I will definitely return!

Impressive Company
Impressive company from first class service quote for project, full gut kitchen and livingroom reno. Millbank Furniture custom fit and produced cabinetry, supplied a live video for actual video of finished look, with many questions and a few changes, Jon was a pleasure to work with. Location was not a hurdle as we are an hour and half away from the office. The project from start to finish took 2 months to complete. If there was a spot for pics I would share the new look of our rooms, curio cabinets with glass, mirror back and light, cambria quartz counters to accent the chocolate cabinetry around gas fireplace and our new island wow! Thank you Millbank Furniture and Jon with his patience handling all questions and communication within a timely manner!💥💥💥💥💥

Sales staff were excellent helping me pick out my furniture style; so helpful with the changes and suggestions for handles which were different to the floor model.
