The staff that I dealt with were helpful and kept me informed of the status of my order and delivery. Went to Bayfield Home & Garden show just for “entertainment”. After seeing your excellent booth display, we ended up buying a new bedroom suite that perfectly matched colour and hardware of our existing custom-made kitchen, dining, and living room units! Karl was very helpful throughout! Delivery and bed setup the following week by 2 very efficient and friendly guys. Bedroom night tables were subsequently custom-made to 22″ width. Drove to Millbank to pick up when finished. Their showroom matches the quality of their products and staff. Spotted more than a few potential purchases during our visit. A great outfit to deal with!

Thank you to Millbank Family Furniture for our beautiful custom kitchen and dining room table, hutch and chairs. Rebecca made the design process fun and exciting from the start. She had many wonderful suggestions for hardware, wood stains and fabrics. She was easy to communicate with, flexible and responsive, and made each visit to the showroom a pleasure. Jon tightly oversaw the entire project. We experienced minor glitches during the installation, but Jon reacted quickly and ensured our concerns were resolved to our complete satisfaction. Millbank’s delivery crew were careful, efficient and a delight to work with and have in our home. Arno, the kitchen installer is a master craftsman. He had to make several adjustments on site and the end product was perfect. We have no reservations in recommending Millbank Family Furniture.

Superb office furniture from a great business retailer
I have dealt with other solid wood furniture retailers and Millbank Furniture stands out amongst them. Your website is by far the best making it a pleasure to view many of the products offered and compare pricing before visiting and ordering. I custom ordered a Hudson Valley bookcase and a Newport desk recently both of which I am very pleased with despite the fact that the bookcase that I actually received was not exactly the model I initially chose (the two models being so similar). However it all worked out well in the end. The final finishing that is done in house by Millbank is absolutely the finest and I really appreciate the very extensive choice of gorgeous stains offered. All staff that I dealt with were very helpful and kept me informed of every detail in the status of my orders and delivery. I only wish I had started my solid wood furniture shopping here from the beginning.
