Custom Footboard Perfectly Stain Matched
We ordered a replacement footboard for our king bed purchased 2 years ago from Millbank Furniture. It was ready sooner than expected and perfectly stain matched! It is exactly what we wanted. Nancy was friendly and easy to work with to get the custom footboard we wanted. The 2 young men who made the delivery were very friendly and accommodating of our needs. My husband and I have recently purchased shelving, TV stand, coffee table, end table and magazine holder from Millbank Furniture and they are all simply exquisitely made and finished. Their workmanship and design are great, and we are now awaiting a kitchen table & chairs to match. This will complete our new apartment, and we could not be happier with everything. We could not be more thrilled with our custom solid oak dining table and bench! It’s gorgeous and the workmanship is breathtaking. Not having purchased a table in over a decade I began my search with Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware and my jaw hit the floor when I learned they don’t even use real wood anymore! That’s when I went on the hunt for “real wood” furniture and discovered Millbank Family Furniture and I will be forever grateful that I did! From selecting the style, wood and the stain, their knowledge and genuine care shines through. Right down to the delivery crew who could not have been more lovely…even after a 2 hour drive! Upon Rebecca’s recommendation, I made the drive out to their store to select the stain in person, and what a treat that was! The showroom is both massive and gorgeous. Furniture shopping at Millbank
My husband and I purchased several items of furniture in the recent months, including a bookcase, coffee table, coat-rack, TV console, and bar stools, and everything we thought it would be, it is. The craftsmen who make their furniture are true artists and they know how to get the most from wood. The detail in the finishing and construction of each item is beyond wonderful. They also deliver the items, and set them up in place for you. We recently moved into a new apartment, and we could order each piece of furniture to the exact dimensions that look good, and each one is made to perfection. I get up each day and just look around my apartment in awe because everything is so good to look and and touch. The staff at Millbank Furniture are also the best. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and most helpful and offer great suggestions. We are extremely happy and delighted with the entire experience. I am sure I will find more items I need in the future and will be back to Millbank for them. It certainly is a good experience to shop at Millbank in this day and age. Mary K.

Very Professional and Helpful
I custom ordered an office desk. Helen was very patient in helping me through the process of choosing the stain, fixtures, and the going through the various models. The staff that I dealt with were helpful and kept me informed of the status of my order and delivery. The young men who delivered our furniture were very professional and the desk was delivered without a scratch which hasn’t been the case with other suppliers I have used.
