Oak chairs well made and so comfortable
I have an antique oak table that belonged to my grandparents and I wanted solid weight bearing handmade chairs so I did the drive and brought pictures to match the table. The chairs are gorgeous, so well made and so comfortable to sit in. You can tell how well made the chairs are. I was delighted when they came. I hope in the future to buy more from Millbank Furniture.

Rebecca was a great salesperson, no pressure, just provided answers to our various questions. Millbank has a great selection of bed frames (can make it hard to pick just one!), with various options, including wood type and stain. We made our choice, and the bed showed up in advance of the “ready” date. The Millbank team that delivered it, put all the pieces together professionally and quickly. We subsequently purchased a clothes tree which is just what we needed … it fits so much!!

Beautiful Mission sofa table with great follow up adjustments
A few months ago I had a lovely Mission sofa table crafted in quarter sawn oak with Brazilian Rosewood finish delivered to my home by the extremely pleasant “two brothers”. A little later I did notice that the hardware on two of the the drawers were slightly crooked. I mentioned this to Karl at the store when he called for a delivery follow up. He sent out the same two brothers to my hone to look at the situation. They agreed that adjustments were needed and took the drawers out and worked on them in their truck. Less than 15 min. later the drawers were put back in place and the re-adjustments were done perfectly. I couldn’t believe that there were no new screw holes or exposed unfinished wood surfaces. It was a miracle. I know the brothers were making other deliveries in the area but to come out and do this complementary house call on a small detail was truly amazing and reflects the exemplary customer service of Millbank Furniture.

Our new kitchen table is the second large piece we have purchased from MFF. As usual from ordering to delivery they are so easy to work with while adding such quality and beauty to our home.
