We have purchased several pieces from Millbank Family furniture over the past couple of years, and have also had one of our existing pieces re-finished. We have always been very impressed with the quality of the work. We have an absolutely beautiful reclaimed hemlock dining table and a custom-made desk that are our favourites. Every time we are in the show room, or contact by Email for service, we get prompt attention – they have a keen focus on customer service and stand behind their work. I highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality furniture!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the pair of night tables that I ordered. The quality is excellent and they are exactly what I expected. The store staff were patient and wonderful, and the delivery men were great too! The order came in much faster than I expected. I’m so glad that I didn’t go with the assembly kit type of furniture that you see online! This far surpasses it!

Outstanding Everything!
We purchased a harvest table, bench, 6 chairs and are so pleased with our experience. We worked with Helen who was perfect. She introduced herself, asked if we needed help, listened to what we were looking for and and encouraged us to look around. She said she would be available if we had any questions and to feel free to come and get her if we needed her. She was not pushy nor did she follow us around so we were very comfortable looking around and taking our time. We were allowed to take chairs from one table and put it with the table we wanted to see what it would look like which was fantastic to be able to visualize everything together. When we were done, Helen answered all of our questions and went in depth on concerns we had. We were advised it would take 6-10 weeks and 7 weeks later, we got a call, they delivered 3 days later and we could not be happier with our purchase. We love everything about it. They did a great job! We will definitely be returning for bedroom furniture. Great job Millbank, thank you for superior service and products.

Save yourself alot of time and effort in comparing price and quality, Millbank Family Furniture cannot be bet. They are by far the leader in the furniture field. There is a ton of selection and thier staff, especially a call out to Helen, are curtious and knowledgeable. The order came in weeks earleir then expected which was a pleasant bonus. They follow up with a phone call after the delivery to assure things are as expected.
