After receiving a referral from my colleague, my husband and I went to go visit Jon at Millbank Family Furniture to discuss the possibility of building our kitchen for our custom home in Toronto. We had a productive initial meeting and left feeling impressed with Jon’s knowledge and enthusiasm for fine cabinetry. After several discussions with Jon, my husband and I decided to proceed with him for building ALL the custom cabinetry throughout our entire home. This included : our kitchen and servery, pantry, 6 bathroom vanities, 4 walk-in closets, 2 window reading benches with bookshelves, 14′ long walnut study desk for the kids with bookshelves on both ends, laundry room, mudroom, basement bar, and foyer closet. It was an enormous project!!! We can honestly say that the experience with Jon was incredibly smooth from start to finish – from discussions, to design, to revisions, to manufacturing, to installation (installers Arno and Milton are excellent and extremely attentive to detail!), and ending with final touch-ups. And the final products – highest quality and simply gorgeous!!! Jon – we will absolutely be recommending you to anyone looking for cabinetry. We thank you for your patience throughout the building of our custom home and we are absolutely thrilled that you were able to bring all these ideas to life. Kitchen cupboard
Ordered a cabinet to match our current kitchen cupboards along with Cambria quartz countertop and two floating shelves. Very pleased. Staff also very helpful thru email and in person with any questions we had during the process.

Thanks to Joe and the team for building our custom vintage chairs, live edge walnut table and bench. We came to Millbank with our idea of creating a one of a kind dining set and they made our dream come to life. We were able to hand pick our own slab and cookies for the tabletop and base. They took our design ideas and created a masterpiece. Wow!

Beautiful Rustic Table
Im very happy with my gorgeous barn board dining room table with metal base I purchased earlier this year. It is absolutely stunning!!! It works perfectly in our century home and is the centrepiece of our decor as everyone who visits comments on It’s beauty. We bought the floor model with the help of Susannah who was knowledgeable and very helpful. When the extensions that came with it were not the size I was hoping for, they made a new set and made sure to customize them as best they could to the table I bought. I felt the customer service and product was extremely high and I would feel very comfortable investing In another piece from this store. Thanks so much for your service 🙂

Beautiful Dining Set – Madrid Table
We are so pleased with the dining set purchased. From beginning to end, the service was great. I found the website after searching for hand made dinning sets and read the reviews online. I contacted them through the website and dealt with Susanna through email after that. We took the drive out to Millbank before making the purchase (From Hamilton) and the products look so much better in the store than in pictures! If you don’t take the drive, you can be rest assured what ever you select will look amazing. We place the order for the Madrid table, 3 chairs and a matching bench that day. The quality is fantastic. The chairs are comfortable and we are so happy with the purchase. Delivery was made in less than 5 weeks and it was only 250.00. Brought in and set it up in our home. I am looking forward to many family dinners on our beautiful dining set for years to come!

Outsanding Quality
Hi my Wife and I just purchased a dining room suite from Millbank family Furniture this was a great decision for us to go there. We drove there in early June went through there showroom for about 1Hr looked at all the quality furniture there was no pressure sales people there let us wonder the showroom if we had any questions they would gladly help.We decided to have a custom hemlock table a bench and 2 chairs build for us they priced everything out and build it in 6 weeks.We went in early aug to pick up and it was the best day ever the table was awesome better then the one in the showroom they gave us that exact rustic look that we wanted and they delivered on the whole process me and my wife have never been happier with our decision to go to them. In the future if you are looking for unique high quality furniture this is the place to shop 5 stars from us.
