Beautiful Living Room Tables and Bar Stools
We are thrilled with our customized coffee and end tables for our new living room area. We were able to customize the style, size, wood type, and stain colour for our living room tables and have the wood type and stain match the kitchen counter height bar stools that we also purchased. The tables are functional with a bottom self and pull out drawers to keep remotes and coaster hidden but at our finger tips. The swivel saddle seat bar stools are the most comfortable wooden seat we have ever sat on, they hug your bottom and make sitting for a long time comfortable. Well worth the money as these pieces of furniture are timeless and will last forever as they are built extremely well.

So happy with our Dining set and pantry cabinet
We had previously purchased our bedroom set from Millbank and were very pleased with it. When we ordered our bedroom set, we went to the showroom, and a really helpful lady (not sure her name), jot down notes of all the modifications we wanted to the set we liked in store. To be honest I was very skeptical that we were going to get exactly what we wanted, as we made quite a few changes (drawers deeper, things higher, wider, added a drawer etc). When the furniture arrived it was exactly how we wanted it, and now (years later) I still love it. We just received our second order from Millbank and are just as happy! We ordered our set after emailing back and forth (quite a few times) with Jon, who was very helpful and always quick to respond. We had a dining set made based upon a picture of a table we really loved (table + 6 chairs + 2 benches). The set looks just like the picture we had provided, and the entire set feels very solid and I’m sure will last forever. We also had a coffee table built based upon a picture I liked, and it turned out beautiful. We also wanted a pantry cabinet added on to the existing kitchen (we recently purchased the previously lived in home). Jon came up to Kincardine to look at the space and give his suggestions, and they were then able to build a pantry that matched the existing cabinetry perfectly as far as colour and style 🙂

Thrilled With New Bedroom Set
My husband and I purchased the Union Station bedroom set through Millbank Family Furniture. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product, it is absolutely beautiful. Millbank designed a custom cheval mirror to match the set that is gorgeous. The furniture is extremely well-made. We have had excellent customer support throughout the process and had great assistance in the store. It was also a fun afternoon to drive out to the store from London and enjoy the rural atmosphere. Thanks to everyone at Millbank for the wonderful new bedroom set.

Excellent Workmanship and Quality
My wife and I took a trip to Millbank to meet with Ray and the folks to discuss making new chairs for our existing dining room table. Once my wife stepped into the showroom she saw the beautiful Grimshaw table and chairs. Needless to say we did not have any chairs made for the other table (which is now in the storage room). We had Millbank do some custom work on this set for us as we wanted a matching bench with a back and arms. They nailed it and the entire set looks awesome !! We had Millbank create some matching items for our bedroom suite a couple of years ago. They truly know what they are doing and are the best in the business. We will be back, again, for the next addition to our home.

After receiving a referral from my colleague, my husband and I went to go visit Jon at Millbank Family Furniture to discuss the possibility of building our kitchen for our custom home in Toronto. We had a productive initial meeting and left feeling impressed with Jon’s knowledge and enthusiasm for fine cabinetry. After several discussions with Jon, my husband and I decided to proceed with him for building ALL the custom cabinetry throughout our entire home. This included : our kitchen and servery, pantry, 6 bathroom vanities, 4 walk-in closets, 2 window reading benches with bookshelves, 14′ long walnut study desk for the kids with bookshelves on both ends, laundry room, mudroom, basement bar, and foyer closet. It was an enormous project!!! We can honestly say that the experience with Jon was incredibly smooth from start to finish – from discussions, to design, to revisions, to manufacturing, to installation (installers Arno and Milton are excellent and extremely attentive to detail!), and ending with final touch-ups. And the final products – highest quality and simply gorgeous!!! Jon – we will absolutely be recommending you to anyone looking for cabinetry. We thank you for your patience throughout the building of our custom home and we are absolutely thrilled that you were able to bring all these ideas to life. Thanks to Joe and the team for building our custom vintage chairs, live edge walnut table and bench. We came to Millbank with our idea of creating a one of a kind dining set and they made our dream come to life. We were able to hand pick our own slab and cookies for the tabletop and base. They took our design ideas and created a masterpiece. Wow!
