We also asked Millbank to strip and refinish a Deacon’s bench that was not their product. As with our prior orders, the quality and workmanship of all items are outstanding, with subtle markings that prove these are handcrafted and not mass-produced. Janice Gascho took our initial order and spent considerable time both in person & by follow-up phone/email to ensure the details & needed adjustments were correct and to our satisfaction. The delivery persons were very polite and helpful, and set up our pieces cleanly. Our continued experience with Millbank Furniture has been first-rate, from start to finish.
