Your website is by far the best making it a pleasure to view many of the products offered and compare pricing before visiting and ordering. I custom ordered a Hudson Valley bookcase and a Newport desk recently both of which I am very pleased with despite the fact that the bookcase that I actually received was not exactly the model I initially chose (the two models being so similar). However it all worked out well in the end. The final finishing that is done in house by Millbank is absolutely the finest and I really appreciate the very extensive choice of gorgeous stains offered. All staff that I dealt with were very helpful and kept me informed of every detail in the status of my orders and delivery. I only wish I had started my solid wood furniture shopping here from the beginning.
