Patience and willingness to help. We ordered our dining set, custom, to fit our new kitchen. Joe shared his knowledge, expertise. And time wwith us to ensure we chose exactly what we wanted and the set that would suit our needs. He stayed late and never rushed us at all and we are confident in the product.
