OMG….this is thee greatest place to go to buy custom dining sets. We were very concerned about buying custom and spent a few hours on two separate occasions in the store carefully going over our options as you never know how it’ going to turn out and boy were we extremely please with our choice in fabric, colour and design upon delivery. The staff and more specifically Lori Fisher, who spent the first visit with us for over an hour helping us with prices, options from which colour to which table top to which base goes with this top and which chairs to which fabric, all while being kind and showing extreme patience with us and to Melanie the 2nd time we came in and bought – I don’t think if we had this experience buying and deciding on custom we wouldn’t have purchased. Lori made us feel welcome and showed that she cared money aside as I felt Millbank wanted us to make sure we had what we wanted. From purchase to the two guys who delivered our table and to a follow-up after delivery email we were glad we purchased from Millbank! Next purchase – custom cupboards to potentially match the table – Yes!!! They do that too!!! AMAZING!! Go – you won’t be disappointed!!! At Millbank “family” Furniture, you feel like family:-)
