We keep coming back because of the service and quality of our furniture. Our new dining room set matches our kitchen perfectly – colour, wood species and style. Kudos abound!
From the provision to the staff, of a simple inspiration photo we had found in a magazine, to the final custom product, we could not have been more pleased with the advice, direction and workmanship that went into the superb finished pieces. We accepted prompt delivery of a custom dining table, buffet, multi-purpose bench and entertainment unit for a new condo. We could not be more thrilled. Compliments were easily forthcoming from our guests and family. Kudos to this wonderful store and its staff – particularly Melanie!

Great Experience
This table was a gift for our 15th wedding anniversary. We went to the store and found it easy to customize all of our favourite parts of different table sets to make one perfect for us. We had a hard time deciding on the stain colour but were helped by very patient and friendly staff until we found the perfect swatch. When it was delivered to our home, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much!

Beautiful, custom furniture with wonderful service
We just received new furniture for our bedroom in effort to free up more floor space. The selection and ordering process was fantastic with great service. Lori helped us navigate the wealth of options and decisions and come up with something great for the space. Now we have received it, and it looks beautiful. Quality was outstanding, and it feels like a brand new room.

Beautiful
My speckled cherry Eastwood table is more than I was expecting to find when I went looking for a dining table to suit my taste and space availability. All of the staff at Millbank Family Furniture were friendly and helpful. The table is beautifully made, I could have my table colour-matched to a piece of furniture that I already own, and the table was ready sooner than I had been promised when it was ordered. Thank you! thank you!

Extremely happy with our purchases
We had a oak table with 3 leafs refinished and we absolutely love it. The workmanship is outstanding and the entire staff were very pleasant to work with. They were very patient and helpful when deciding on a colour and in ordering 6 new oak chairs to match the table. We needed them made a bit bigger and they accommodated us with this change. I would highly recommend Millbank Family Furniture for anyone looking for excellent quality furniture!

Great service, great products
Having previously purchased bedroom furniture from Millbank Family Furniture, we returned when we needed a dining table and stools for a recent kitchen Reno. We also had them refinish a hutch and buffet to match. Joe was extremely helpful guiding us and making sure we got what we wanted. The finished product was great. The table and stools were exactly what we wanted and the refinished hutch and buffet looks great just as we had asked. Thanks for the great service and fantastic final product.
