We were a little hesitant during this COVID-19 pandemic but everything went very well. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very comfortable browsing the showroom but when we had questions, staff was very willing and ready to answer any questions we had. There was lots of products to choose from. Ordered a specific coffee table to fit the space we intended to use it for. Table was delivered as promised in timing by 2 very respectful, young guys. They made sure the table was level before leaving, no prompting needed. Quality of the table is excellent, and just what we had ordered. Will definitely be back when we need more furniture as price was very reasonable. They have so much beautiful furniture to choose from in the showroom.

Outstanding Craftsmanship and Service
There is a wow factor as you enter this store! We went to the showroom to get an entranceway bench. We particularly like Mission and Shaker designs for their lines, beauty and simplicity. We left also buying a Mission dresser and we will be coming back for two bar chairs and most likely a bed and side table. You will have difficulty finding this type of craftsmanship anywhere else. There is a wide variety of many types of designs and products to choose from. Karl was incredibly helpful – very knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent large custom dresser

We ordered two different tables, dining room chairs, a buffet hutch and some island chairs. We wanted some changes made to trim etc., and on all of our changes, they were done with complete satisfaction. They even stripped and repainted our old chairs to match the new ones perfectly. Quality Workmanship
We had a desk custom made by Millbank Family Furniture. It was done in maple with a dark chocolate stain and looked goegeous in our office/den area. A few months later we decided to get a custom made filing cabinet to match the desk. After a very short exchange of emails the design and dimensions were finalized. Last week we received the cabinet which is a perfect match in design and color. This business cares about their customers and produces excellent quality furniture. We will be back especially after seeing their new building in Millbank, a must see for anyone looking for locally made furniture.

We just want to take a moment to express how pleased we are with our purchase from Millbank Family Furniture. This is our second purchase and once again we had some very specific requests so that the new sideboard could be customized to fit in a specific space and for a particular function. It was also very important that the new sideboard would match in colour and design with the previously purchased sideboard, table, and chairs. Once again Joe patiently worked with us in the store as we discussed design ideas and then he produced drawings for us to review. We made a number of “tweaks to the design” once we had the initial drawing and once again Joe listen carefully and made the adjustments as requested. The actual delivery process was outstanding and instead of needing to wait around all day for the delivery we were given a specific delivery time. The crew arrived on time, were friendly, professional and the piece arrived well protected. They unpacked, set everything up, and removed all of the waste without being asked to do so. When we noticed that there was a small flaw in the sideboard Joe was quick to respond to our inquiry and make a plan to have it fixed. The end result is a piece of furniture that is both functional and a thing of beauty. There is no question that we will be using Millbank Family Furniture again for our next purchase.
