We purchased a patio dining set during Covid shut down, and could not see it as samples were not in yet. Janice was so helpful in spending time with me over the phone as the store was closed. She answered all of my questions, sent pictures, it was great. The furniture arrived earlier than expected and the delivery service was prompt and courteous. They placed everything on the deck where I wanted even in the rain. It is great to see that customer service still exists. We will be back and highly recommend this store.

We bought a kitchen, hallway cabinets and living room furniture, all custom made. From the first contact till the last little adjustment it was an excellent experience. The service and expertise around planning, revising and revising again and again was just outstanding. Jon is very quick in answering all requests very timely.The quality of the products is amazing, every detail is done with excellent craftsmanship. The installation done extremely well. And, it all came at a reasonable price.

We purchased a beautiful bedroom set. It is stunning to say the least. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. The craftmanship is superb and we are both very happy with our purchase. The delivery was also superb. The two guys even put the mattress and box spring back on the bed after they assembled it and the two lights on the night stands. Great service. Top notch store.

We recently purchased a custom made hall bench for the entryway in our home. What a beautiful piece of furniture! Janice was very helpful with the entire ordering process and I would happily recommend this store. We now have only one problem. It is far too beautiful for the space it was intended! We visited the store to pick out a bedroom set. Karl was very helpful with our questions and gave us time alone to think about what we wanted. On delivery day, the young men were very polite and professional. They set up, cleaned up and were out the door in no time. The bedroom set is beautiful and is very well built. It has been just over three weeks since we picked up our furniture and we love it. We are admiring the quality and craftmanship of this beautiful Mission style furniture. To some it just furniture but for me it is ‘ART’ that can be passed on for generations. Several years ago, my brother-in-law and I visited quite a few Mennonite furniture stores in the Kitchener area, and it was Millbank Furniture that gave the best experience. The salesman took the time and explained things to me and answered all my questions in a friendly, professional manner . After I got home with the furniture, I found an old business card from Joe Kuepfer, he was the person that took care of me. Thank-you Joe and Karl, I can’t wait to get our table done!
