I recently purchased a sideboard from Millbank Family Furniture and I love it. From the moment I walked through the door to the day my piece of furniture was delivered (white glove service) I was met with professional, knowledgable service. Nancy helped me visual the customization needed to be made to the piece to meet my space requirements and provided valuable input when it came to settling on a stain. The two young men who delivered my furniture were friendly, respectful of my house (boot booties) and they, also, showed me how to remove the drawers and cabinet drawers. I really appreciated the level of service that I experienced at this business. I would highly recommend Millbank Family Furniture to anyone who is looking to purchase furniture.

Best Quality Furniture
We have been customers of Millbank Furniture for 6+ years. Started back in their old place on a side street from where they are now. We started with a Gliderchair and 2 barstools. A few years ago we purchased a dining room set and a coat tree. Everything has matching finishes and the best quality workmanship you could possibly ever get. Lately we purchased a bench and a Lazy Susan which totally matched our previously purchaced items. The Staff are outstanding with their pleasant knowledgeable help. I highly recommend looking at their products. It worth the drive. Next door there is food to die for. You won’t regret it, I promise.

We had great service with Karl when picking out our pieces and a quick response with quotes. The furniture was ready even a bit earlier than expected and the delivery men were the best we could ask for, they were punctual, organized, efficient and knowledgeable. They took thier shoes off each time at the door and arranged the three pieces exactly how I wanted. The coffee table, tv stand and end table are beautiful, such well made pieces. Custom Footboard Perfectly Stain Matched
We ordered a replacement footboard for our king bed purchased 2 years ago from Millbank Furniture. It was ready sooner than expected and perfectly stain matched! It is exactly what we wanted. Nancy was friendly and easy to work with to get the custom footboard we wanted. The 2 young men who made the delivery were very friendly and accommodating of our needs. My husband and I have recently purchased shelving, TV stand, coffee table, end table and magazine holder from Millbank Furniture and they are all simply exquisitely made and finished. Their workmanship and design are great, and we are now awaiting a kitchen table & chairs to match. This will complete our new apartment, and we could not be happier with everything. We may have a need for other items in the future and we look forward to knowing they are there and will accommodate our needs. The store and its staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, and they even designed and made a custom piece for us. We could not be more thrilled with our custom solid oak dining table and bench! It’s gorgeous and the workmanship is breathtaking. Not having purchased a table in over a decade I began my search with Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware and my jaw hit the floor when I learned they don’t even use real wood anymore! That’s when I went on the hunt for “real wood” furniture and discovered Millbank Family Furniture and I will be forever grateful that I did! From selecting the style, wood and the stain, their knowledge and genuine care shines through. Right down to the delivery crew who could not have been more lovely…even after a 2 hour drive! Upon Rebecca’s recommendation, I made the drive out to their store to select the stain in person, and what a treat that was! The showroom is both massive and gorgeous.
