We love the quality and service that we receive from Millbank Family furniture! We have purchased a couple of pieces and plan to order more. Joe was fantastic in the Store, very helpful. They went above and beyond when we ordered this piece. On our end we didn’t measure that the piece wouldn’t fit up our stairwell and had to take the headboard back or them to partially dismantle. They delivered within a few days after and staff set up our bedframe, even though our agreement was a pick up order. They were fantastic. The quality and workmanship is unbeatable! We plan to get the matching dresser/armoire as well. Love this Store.

We found the company on line and then went there in person, we had an idea of what we were looking for and the sales person was very helpful to make the set the way we wanted. I wanted matching bar stools and they were very helpful in matching everything for us. I would recommend them to anyone. We had it delivered and they set it up for us and everything looks wonderful. It is nice to know that you can still the get quality furniture and good friendly service. My set looks wonderful!!

My wife and I were looking for a good quality dining set for our new home. Once we visited Millbank Family Furniture, we know we had found our set. The quality and craftsmanship was exceptional and Karl really helped educate us and made the process easy and comfortable. Shaker dining room table
Ten years ago we purchased 4 shaker dining chairs ..a fine job was done matching them to the wood table we were using. My chairs are still like brand new but my table is wearing ..so i called and was assured that a table could be built to my specs and would match my chairs . It is absolutely lovely to have a matching set of table and chairs , Thank You, Joe and Karl and everyone at MFF. I now own a King bed , table and chairs and a microwave stand all designed for us. I love every piece. I truly recommend this family business, they are great to work with and stand behind their superb products.

Two Custom Cabinets
I recently moved to a new home with an open concept and Millbank Family Furniture helped me with the design of 2 custom cabinets: one to match the kitchen cupboards and one to match the dining room table I had purchased there several years earlier. When my new furniture arrived, I could not have been more pleased. The style, stain and hardware of each piece was exactly what I had envisioned and the pieces fit perfectly into their spots in the open concept. Refinished Dining Room Table
We are very pleased with the work that MFF did in refinishing our 50 year old dining room table. They removed all the scratches and stained it to perfectly match the buffet that we had previously purchased from them about 7 years ago. High End Dream Kitchen!
Millbank Custom Kitchens professionally built and installed our dream kitchen! The customer service we received from the first email we sent Jon until the final project was installed was top notch and exceeded our expectations. Millbank certainly takes pride in customer care and satisfaction. Not only was our kitchen built as per specs it was professionally installed on time with high quality material. We are thrilled with our functional kitchen and all our friends are envious! We also purchased kitchen stools and living room table’s from Millbank to co-ordinate with our newly designed kitchen. The store gave us some great ideas on stain and wood choices, countertop colours and pull outs for both the kitchen and furniture and no one was pushy but highly knowledgeable. Definitely worth a drive to the store for the furniture and an email to Jon to have him get you started on designing your dream kitchen!

Beautiful Living Room Tables and Bar Stools
We are thrilled with our customized coffee and end tables for our new living room area. We were able to customize the style, size, wood type, and stain colour for our living room tables and have the wood type and stain match the kitchen counter height bar stools that we also purchased. The tables are functional with a bottom self and pull out drawers to keep remotes and coaster hidden but at our finger tips. The swivel saddle seat bar stools are the most comfortable wooden seat we have ever sat on, they hug your bottom and make sitting for a long time comfortable. Well worth the money as these pieces of furniture are timeless and will last forever as they are built extremely well.

So happy with our Dining set and pantry cabinet
We had previously purchased our bedroom set from Millbank and were very pleased with it. When we ordered our bedroom set, we went to the showroom, and a really helpful lady (not sure her name), jot down notes of all the modifications we wanted to the set we liked in store. To be honest I was very skeptical that we were going to get exactly what we wanted, as we made quite a few changes (drawers deeper, things higher, wider, added a drawer etc). When the furniture arrived it was exactly how we wanted it, and now (years later) I still love it. We just received our second order from Millbank and are just as happy! We ordered our set after emailing back and forth (quite a few times) with Jon, who was very helpful and always quick to respond. We had a dining set made based upon a picture of a table we really loved (table + 6 chairs + 2 benches). The set looks just like the picture we had provided, and the entire set feels very solid and I’m sure will last forever. We also had a coffee table built based upon a picture I liked, and it turned out beautiful. We also wanted a pantry cabinet added on to the existing kitchen (we recently purchased the previously lived in home). Jon came up to Kincardine to look at the space and give his suggestions, and they were then able to build a pantry that matched the existing cabinetry perfectly as far as colour and style 🙂
