Well worth the drive
MILLBANK FURNITURE IS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE. A GREAT FIND!. Millbank Furniture was recommended to us, by close friends, when we decided to downsize to a condominium four years ago and were looking for quality ‘real’ wood furniture that would last a lifetime, not the cheap pressboard you find in most stores. We also didn’t want to break the bank either. Right from our first visit we were very much impressed with the ‘family’ at Millbank. It was great to find people who not only knew their product but also really love what they do. Down to earth and very honest. We purchased a full bedroom set. One of the pieces, a dressing table my spouse had always wished for, was custom made. We also purchased a dining room set, the table also being customized to fit into our smaller space. Just last month we visited again, this time for a totally custom two wall unit for our second bedroom/study. Joe has been great and very attentive through this process. We supplied a very rough idea and the dimensions. What we now have back, very quickly, is a detailed plan including a colour rendering giving us a fabulous visual. We are very excited about getting this ordered, especially after seeing how it will look. Millbank is located slightly north of St Jacobs. We browsed at St Jacobs, but found it too big and commercialized. At Millbank we found it very peaceful just being there. Not only was there much better quality and selection, but we found they gave us great personal service. In addition, the price was much more affordable. It really is worth the drive.

WILL BUY FROM MILLBANK AGAIN! Over the last 6 years we have purchased a bedroom suite, an office, a wall unit, two corner cabinets, a desk and a kitchen table. We have been happy with everything we have purchased, and really enjoy visiting Ray and his wonderful family. We recommend Millbank to everyone who in interested. Excellent quality and service at a reasonable price.

AWESOME FAMILY, AWESOME STORE 🙂 Our family discovered Millbank Family Furniture in the early 90’s and what a great discovery. We have had kitchen dining table and chairs, living room furniture, office furniture and most recently a bathroom vanity and all the wood work and trim made for this bathroom. Everything was built custom and exactly the way we wanted. I would not think to go any where else to have wood furniture built. It is worth the drive and you can find a great restaurant in Millbank also. We have sent many friends and family to Millbank Family Furniture. Even if you don’t have plans to have something custom made, at least go and have a look. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely amazed
We were absolutely amazed. We ordered this table & chairs based on the online picture. I emailed them and got a quick response with the pricing. We had the table custom sized and I emailed a picture of our kitchen cupboards so they could match the wood and the colour. As we do not live in the area Millbank Family Furniture also arranged the delivery. We were absolutely amazed and delighted when we received the furniture. Not only did it exactly match our cupboards but the workmanship on it was incredible. We are extremely happy with our purchase and are definitely considering more purchases in the future. Not only that, but your delivery people were helpful, prompt and considerate even though road conditions were poor. They set up my new table and put the felt pads on the pedestal.
