We had previously purchased our bedroom set from Millbank and were very pleased with it. When we ordered our bedroom set, we went to the showroom, and a really helpful lady (not sure her name), jot down notes of all the modifications we wanted to the set we liked in store. To be honest I was very skeptical that we were going to get exactly what we wanted, as we made quite a few changes (drawers deeper, things higher, wider, added a drawer etc). When the furniture arrived it was exactly how we wanted it, and now (years later) I still love it.
We just received our second order from Millbank and are just as happy! We ordered our set after emailing back and forth (quite a few times) with Jon, who was very helpful and always quick to respond. We had a dining set made based upon a picture of a table we really loved (table + 6 chairs + 2 benches). The set looks just like the picture we had provided, and the entire set feels very solid and I’m sure will last forever. We also had a coffee table built based upon a picture I liked, and it turned out beautiful.
We also wanted a pantry cabinet added on to the existing kitchen (we recently purchased the previously lived in home). Jon came up to Kincardine to look at the space and give his suggestions, and they were then able to build a pantry that matched the existing cabinetry perfectly as far as colour and style 🙂
